| 摘 要： | 提出了以光敏树脂作为转印介质，利用软基片母栅将光栅直接复制或传递到工件表面的光栅复制法。这种全息光栅的复制工艺不同于硬基片光栅的“真空镀膜一次法”；也不同珩模压复制法，无需多代复制，工艺简便，复制时软基片母栅通过光敏介质与工件表面结合均匀性较好，并可复制到园柱面工件上。
