齿轮旋压制造技术的研究现状及发展

摘    要:现代旋压技术是一种先进成形工艺,成为小批量、多品种回转型薄壁壳体零件的重要加工方法。随着旋压技术的迅猛发展,旋压可加工的范围不断扩大。将旋压工艺应用于制造薄壁齿轮件成为一种崭新的尝试,其生产的工件和传统的齿轮制造工艺相比,具有高强度、高精度和一次成形等无法比拟的优点。对薄壁内齿轮旋压成形工艺和研究现状进行了介绍,并对齿轮旋压制造技术的研究前景作了展望。

Abstract:Modem metal spinning technology is one kind of advanced forming process which is an important manufacturing method for small batch and large variety tubular parts with thin wall thickness. With the more rapid development of spinning technology , increasingly all kinds of parts can be manufactured. It would be a new trial to apply the spinning technology to machine thin -walled gear. The spinning has more advantage in strength,accuracy and primary forming to compare with traditional manufacture technology of gear. Technology of thin - walled gear spinning and present state of research arc introduced in this paper, and the further development of technology of gear spinning was predicted.
