| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义新农村,是我国“十一五”规划的重点内容之一,十六大以来,随着新农村建设步伐的加快,参与农村建设的大学毕业生越来越多,作为一项新农村建设的辅助性工程,“村支书助理”计划直接把大学毕业生的个人发展同新农村建设结合起来。我们应及时总结以往改革过程的经验教训,健全保障体系,确保大学毕业生实实在在为新农村建设做出贡献。

| Abstract: | The programs of our country's building The New Village Of Socialism is one of the "Outline of the Eleventh Five-Year Plan ". After 16th NCCPC,the steps of building the new village develop quickly,the number of the university graduating students to participate the village construction increased greatly. As one assistance project of new village construction,"the village officer assistant plan" will combine the personal development of graduating students with The New Village Construction. In order to insure "the village officer assistant plan" can contribute for the new village actually,the paper puts forward the suggestions from the aspects of summing up the experience of the former reform process in time and making guarantee system be perfect. |
