水平管气液两相流流型的压差波动特征

摘    要:气液两相流的流型对其流动和传热特性有很大影响,所以如何确定流型一直是两相流研究中的重要课题。通过大量实验,测量了各流型在各种工况下的一些流动参数,包括:压力、温度、各相的流量以及实验段的压差波动时间序列。通过对实验段压差波动信号的分析发现,压差波动信号能很客观地提供流型的信息,可以用来识别流型。

Abstract:Flow and heat transfer characteristics of gas liquid two phase flow are strongly affected by its flow pattern. Therefore, the study of flow pattern is always an important subject of two phase flow. In the paper, abundant of data which describes two phase flow is obtained through experiment, such as temperature, pressure, flow rate, time sequence of pressure fluctuation etc. By analysing signal of pressure fluctuation, it shows that signal of pressure fluctuation has objectively provided information of flow pattern, which can be used in flow pattern identification.
