| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了虚拟移动网络技术及其四种运营模式，在分析目前虚拟网络运营现状的基础上，探讨了通过在境外目的地国家开展虚拟移动网络运营来实现移动国际漫游的方式，以及要考虑的主要问题，为运营商提供了优化移动国际漫游业务的新思路。

| Abstract: | This paper firstly introduces the concept of mobile virtual network operation and its four operating models. Then based on the analysis of the current situation of mobile virtual network operation,it elaborates the technical solution to realize international roaming through mobile virtual network operation in the destination countries and related issues and considerations,which thus presents a new approach for mobile operators to improve international roaming service. |
