新型高速机车牵引齿轮油复合添加剂的研究

摘    要:以自行研制的T350为主剂,开发出了性能优良的新型齿轮油复合添加剂。试验结果表明,该齿轮油复合添加剂具有良好的热氧化安定性、极压抗磨性及防锈防腐性,性能与进口齿轮油复合剂相当。用该复合剂调制的铁路机车牵引齿轮油,性能指标达到国外同类产品的水平。

Abstract:A super performance additive package for railroad locomotive gear oils was prepared based on a newly self-developed additive, T350. Test results showed that the prepared gear oil additive package having similar properties with the imported gear oil additive package exhibited superior thermal oxidation stability as well as good extreme pressure antiwear, antirust and antieorrosion performance. With a dosage of 4.2%, said additive package was used to formulate low temperature locomotive gear oil. The performance evaluation results showed that in comparison with the same type of imported gear oil, the formulated gear oil met the quality specifications of the imported gear oil, and its extreme pressure antiwear, antirust and antieorrosion performance was even better.
