| Abstract: | Overvoltage of vacuum switch during operation is a generally interested issue,and has some effect on the development of vacuum switch.The categories and reasons of vacuum switch overvoltage are introduced,and the measures of preventing vacuum switch controlled induction loads,and capacitive loads from overvoltage are put forward. |
