CRM系统中数据集中方案的设计

摘    要:客户关系管理(CRM)是将市场营销的科学管理理念通过信息技术的手段集成在软件上面,集合了当今最新的信息技术,它们包括Internet和电子商务、多媒体技术、数据仓库和数据挖掘、专家系统和人工智能、呼叫中心等等。本文主要研究平安实NCRM系统中采用的数据集中方案的设计与实现。该设计实现不仅是对CRM系统中使用的业务数据的统一整理,也是对整个关联系统群业务数据的整理,由此实现复杂的业务数据的统一控制。具体实现中,使用数据仓库,ETL等技术对实际的业务数据进行重新定义,这些进过重新定义整理的数据可以提供统一的业务数据用于CRM的实施。

Abstract:Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is the marketing concept of scientific management by means of integration of information technology in the software above, a collection of the latest information technology today, they include Internet and e commerce, multimedia technology, data warehousing and data mining, expert systems and artificial intelligence, call centers and the like. This paper studies the safe implementation of the CRM system, data set used in program design and implementation. The design not only on the CRM system implementation used in the consolidation of business data, but also to the entire group of interconnected systems is the collation of business data, thus achieving the unity of the complex control of business data. Specific implementation, the use of data warehousing, ETL and other technologies on the actual business data re-definition, had to re-enter the definition of these data can be collated to provide a unified operational data for the CRM implementation.
