微合金非调质压力容器钢的研究进展

摘    要:通过对国外压力容器用钢牌号及相关标准研究情况的分析,结合国内压力容器钢的研究、生产现状提出在节约能源和降低消耗基础上研制生产高强度级别压力容器钢的思路,充分发挥微合金化(Micro alloying)成分设计和利用热机械控制轧制(Thermo Mechanical Control Process简称TMCP)优势可生产出高强度压力容器用钢,实现降低能源消耗、减少污染和节约成本获得等同或高于调质处理的优质性能的钢材.

Abstract:Based on analysis of the brands and standards of pressure vessel steels made by foreign countries, a new ideal to manufacture these steels with less energy and alloy consumption is presented in combination with domestic experiences in research and production of such steels. Taking advantages of micro-alloying and TMCP technologies, high quality pressure vessel steels with identical or even better properties can be produced with less energy and alloy consumption as well as less pollution.
