聚酰胺及耐高温聚酰胺用新型阻燃系统

摘    要:综述了用于聚酰胺(PA)和耐高温聚酰胺(HWA)的三大阻燃系统,即聚合型或低聚型溴系阻燃系统、无卤阻燃系统及纳米无机填料(纳米粘土和碳纳米管)的近况,系统地论述了它们的性能及特点,并介绍了它们的生产厂家及商品牌号。

Abstract:At the present time, the flame retardant systems for polyamides(PA) and high temperature polyamides(HTPA) are required to impart high thermal stability and good flowability to the flame-retarded materials in order to produce small and thin-wall parts with high productivity. Three flame retardant systems, polymeric or oligomeric brominated flame retardants, non-halogen flame retardants and nanoinorganic fillers(nanoclay and carbon nanotube), for PA and HTPA were reviewed. Most of the flame retardants described in this paper were developed in recent years were described. Their performances and characteristics were summarized , and their producers and trade marks were introduced.
