| Abstract: | The experience and realization of the start-up test of utility power plant's I&C gained by SEPSTIwith two 300MW units in Wujin Power Plant as example are summarized in this paper. A further analysis onthe cause for Iow I&C availability of large fussil-fired units in this country is carried out and the remedial mea-sures suggested. |
