锚杆静压桩与注浆技术在桩基补救工程中的应用

摘    要:某工程桩基在施工中桩位偏位较为严重,为了调整已施工灌注桩的偏位,采用锚杆静压桩分担竖向荷载,同时在锚杆静压桩中预埋导管,通过深层灌浆加固灌注桩及锚杆静压桩桩底土层,提高单桩承载力。工程实践表明,此方法成本较低,且基本不影响工期,取得预期的效果。

Abstract:In a pile engineering practice, setovers of piles positions are larger than the allowable one.In order to adjust the setovers of cast-in-place piles,static pressing anchored piles and grouting technique are used.The function of static pressing anchored piles is to share in the vertical loading.Grouting through the vessel buried in pile body in advance,the scree layer at the bottom of piles can be reinforced.The bearing capacity of single pile can be improved.The outcome of the engineering practice shows that the method acquire the expected effect with lower cost.
