云南某氧化铜矿石工艺矿物学研究

摘    要:云南某大型铜矿氧化带存在深度氧化铜矿石,具有含铜量低、氧化率高、含泥量大、嵌布关系复杂等特点,属难选矿石。经详细的工艺矿物学研究,查清了该矿石的物质组成、主要铜矿物的嵌布特征、铜元素的赋存状态,并分析了可能影响选冶效果的不利因素,为制定合理的选冶工艺提供了依据。

Abstract:Advanced oxide copper ore existing in oxidation zone of Yunnan large copper mine has the following features: low Cu containing,high oxidizing rate,large amount of mud,several kinds of copper oxide minerals,complex disseminated relation,and so on.It is classified as refractory ore.Based on in-depth processing mineralogical research in the ore,its mineral component,disseminated relation of main copper minerals and occurrence state of copper element have been mainly examined and confirmed.These results provide the basis for making reasonable mineral processing flowsheet,and have important significances for development and utilization of this kind of ore.
