激光重熔对50CrMoV钢放电强化表面组织与性能的影响

摘    要:用透射电镜和X-射线衍射研究了激光重熔对50CrMoV钢脉冲放电强化层组织与性能的影响,结果表明激光重熔可使放电表面强化层的硬度进一步提高。硬度提高的原因是激光超细化组织及高密度位错和一定量的碳化物所致。

Abstract:The effect of laser cladding on microstructure and property of pulse discharge enhanced surface layer of steel 50CrMoV has been studied by means of transmission electron microscope and x-ray diffraction method. The results showed that the hardness of pulse discharge enhanced layer was improved by laser cladding to form nanometer crystal microstructure, higher density dislocation and definite carbides.
