凝析油输油管道方案的选择

摘    要:分析凝析油管道输送和油罐车输送的优缺点,以实际工程为例,对凝析油管道加热输送进行水力计算和热力计算。在满足输送压力和温度要求的前提下,利用管道输送,中间不需设置加压泵站和加热站即可满足输送要求。既节省造价和输送成本,又充分利用了规划路由,凝析油采用管道输送是可行的。

Abstract:The advantages and disadvantages oftwo condensate oil transportation pipeline schemes,namely by pipeline and tank lorry are analysed. Takinga practical project for example,the hydraulic and ther-modynamic computations of heated condensate oiltransportation by pipeline are conducted. Under thepremise of meeting the transportation pressure and tem-perature requirements, the transportation by pipelinecan satisfy the transportation requirements withoutbooster pump station and heating station in the middleof transportation pipeline . The construction cost andtransportation cost can be saved, while making full useof the planning route. Pipeline is a feasible way totransport the condensate oil.
