摘    要:将油酸酰氯和谷氨酸在碱性溶液中反应制备了N-油酰基谷氨酸.通过红外光谱对产物的主要官能团进行了表征.采用设计的生物降解试验方法考察了产物作为润滑油添加剂对HVI350矿物基础油生物降解性能的影响.结果表明,该添加剂能够明显改善润滑油的生物降解性能.分析了产物促进润滑油生物降解的机理.

Abstract:N-oleoylglutamic acid was prepared from glutamic acid and oleoyl chloride in alkali solution and its structure was characterized by IR. The effects of the product as a new lubricanting oil additive on biodegradation of HVI350 mineral base oil were investigated by the designed method. The results showed that the additive could evidently improve the biodegradability of HVI350 mineral base oil. The mechanism that the additive accelerated biodegradation of HVI350 mineral base oil was discussed.
