水包油欠平衡钻井液在达2井的应用

摘    要:经室内评价实验,确定了水包油钻井液体 系配方,即由3.5%膨润土浆 0.5%~1.0%降滤失剂PAMS601A 2%~3%高温稳定剂PAMS601B 0.5%~2.0%主乳化剂A-1 0.1%~0.2%辅助乳化剂B-1 60%柴油组成.介绍了该水包油钻 井液体系在达2井实施欠平衡钻井技术中的应用,包括水包油钻井液性能日常维护措施,初 期井段应用效果,遭遇二氧化碳气体污染、地层出水等问题时的处理措施.现场应用结果表 明,该水包油钻井液体系流变性良好,高温稳定性优,携砂能力强,抗污染能力强,起下钻畅通无阻,能够满足深井欠平衡钻井工艺的需要.

Abstract:The formula of O/W drilling fluid was obtained from laboratory test results which comprised 3.5 % bentonite,0.5% - 1.0% filtration reducer PAMS601A,2% - 3% temperature stabilizer agent PAMS601B, 1.5% - 2.0% main emulsifier,0.1% -0.2% auxiliary emulsifying agent B - 1, and 60% diesel fuel.The application of O/W drilling fluid at Da - 2 well was introduced. The result showed that the O/W drilling fluid system had good rheological behavior,good stability at high- temperature, good property to carry sand, good stability against pollution. The O/W drilling fluid system could adapt to under- balanced drilling technology.
