渤海绥中36-1油田生产套管修复技术

摘    要:在绥中 36 1油田 Ⅱ 期开发工程丛式井组钻井、完井作业中 ,E9井和E15井的 2 4 4 5mm生产套管被钻头磨破 ,经分析研究选用在 2 4 4 5mm套管内下入 177 8mm套管进行补贴固井的方法 ,使 2口井得以修复。采用的套管修复技术具有 6个特点 :工艺简单 ,可操作性强 ;作业全部采用现有的套管系列 ;部分采用自制井下固井工具 ;补贴修复过程中对已完井的储层实施了充分的保护 ;套管修复后不影响今后起下生产管柱及电泵作业 ;用修井机即可完成这类套管的修复作业 ,节省了钻机作业费用。此次套管修复技术的成功使用 ,为在丛式井组生产平台上处理套管磨损、磨破问题积累了经验 ,并为处理类似问题提供了范例。

Abstract:During the cluster drilling in the second development phase of Suizhong 36?1 oilfield, the 244.5 mm production casings in wells E9 and E15 were damaged by bit in well completion. Through analysis and study, 177.8 mm casing is set in to the 244.5 mm production casings and cemented, by which both wells were repaired. The casingrepairing technology is characterized by (1) simple process and strong operability, (2) using the series of available casings, (3) using some self_made downhole cementing tools, (4) taking measures to protect the completed reservoir during patching and repairing, (5) no impact on tripping production string and ESP after casing repaired, and (6) using workover rig to complete such casing repair. The successful application of the casing repair technology in the field has accumulated the experiences and given an example in repairing casing damage or ware on production platform.
