摘    要:[目的]5-甲氧甲基-2,3-吡啶二羧酸是合成除草剂甲氧咪草烟的关键中间体,具有重要的研究和生产价值。[方法]以马来酸二乙酯为起始原料,经过羟胺取代、脱水、加成环合和水解制成5-甲氧甲基-2,3-吡啶二羧酸。[结果]反应总收率42.4%,含量95.6%。[结论]该路线可以作为工业生产路线。

Abstract:5-(methoxymethyl)pyridine-2,3-dicarboxylic acid,the main intermediate of imazamox had great value in reasearch and industrial production.[Methods] 5-(methoxymethyl)pyridine-2,3-dicarboxylic acid was synthesized from diethyl maleate via substitution reaction,dehydration,condesation and hydrolysis.[Results] The total yield was 42.4%,and the purity was 95.6%.[Conclusions] This synthetic route can be used in industry.
