| 摘 要： | 农药、医药、兽药同为生理活性物质,其开发实质为新化学实体的开发。三药新化学实体具有使用功能拓展性、原料或中间体通用性、结构相似性、创制方法的相似性等相通性特点。指出三药协同开发已成一种趋势,可通过组合化学技术、新靶标发现及制备、高通量筛选技术、活性化合物库建设等专题的学术交流及相应资源的共建共享、引导研究人员扩大新药筛选范围等措施推动三药协同开发。
