化学生物絮凝/悬浮填料床工艺出水深度处理研究

摘    要:化学生物絮凝/悬浮填料床是一种新型、高效的组合工艺,中试结果表明其出水TP为0.89 mg/L、浊度为9.7 NTU、氨氮为8.8 mg/L、COD为37.3 mg/L.采用流砂微絮凝过滤工艺、复合二氧化氯消毒对其出水进行了深度处理的试验研究,运行结果表明:在微絮凝剂PAFC投量为3.1 mg/L的条件下,出水TP、氨氮和COD浓度分别下降到0.38、7.2和26.6 mg/L,浊度也降至2.2NTU;当复合二氧化氯消毒接触时间≥30 min、游离余氯>0.5 mg/L时,消毒后出水总大肠菌群≤3CFU/L.该系统维护简单、运行稳定,出水水质优良,各项指标均达到国家〈生活杂用水水质标准〉(CJ/T 48-1999).

Abstract:Chemical biological flocculation/suspended packed bed is a new and highly efficient process.The pilot-scale test shows that the average effluent TP,turbidity,NH_3-N and COD are 0.89 mg/L,9.7 NTU,8.8 mg/L and 37.3 mg/L,respectively.Flowing sand micro-flocculation filtration and chlorine dioxide synergetic disinfection were used as an advanced municipal wastewater treatment process.The results show that when the dosage of PAFC is 3.1 mg/L,the effluent TP,turbidity,(NH_3-N) and COD are 0.38 mg/L,2.2 NTU,7.2 mg/L and 26.6 mg/L,respectively;when the contact time of chlorine dioxide synergetic disinfection is more than 30 minutes and free residual chlorine is more than 0.5 mg/L,total coliform group is less than 3 CFU/L.This system is convenient in maintenance and steady in operation,the effluent quality is good and water quality index can meet the Miscellaneous Domestic Water Quality Standard (CJ/T 48-1999).
