| Abstract: | Guangdong is short of primary energy sources and low in energyself-reliance. The rich wind power resource has not been developed and used well yet. In light of the above conditions, this article makes a preliminary study on the promotion of Guangdong’s wind power generation by leading in the market mechanism, reasonably arranging resource and granting policy guidance and support. |
