| 摘 要： | 通过对叶片自由曲面造型方法的研究 ,分析了现有造型方法中的若干曲面质量缺陷 ,指出了导致曲面质量缺陷的根本原因。以从截面线计算叶片截面中弧线和厚度分布曲线算法为基础 ,提出一种数据点参数化方法 ,实现了保证厚度特征的叶片高质量造型方法 ,有效地解决了叶片曲面造型质量问题

| Abstract: | Based on thorough investigation of blade modeling, defections of blade geometry model are found, and they are caused by unsuitable section parameterization. Arithmetic of constructing section middle curve and calculating section thickness are presented for solving the problem, and a new parameterization of section curve is realized which can guarantee high quality blade modeling. |
