状态监测系统在挤压造粒机组上的应用

摘    要:针对LCM450G挤压造粒机组主减速机振动异常的问题,对状态监测系统采集的数据进行分析.找出了主减速机振动异常的原因。由于主动轴输入端轴承损坏,使得齿轮啮合频率增大,导致主减速机振动异常。运用状态监测系统可以查找故障部位并指导维修。

Abstract:In view of abnormal vibration of the main gear-box of LCM 450 G, this paper analyzed the data collected by condition monitoring system and found that the reason of abnormal vibration of the main gear-box is gear damage in input side of driving shaft, which resulted in increasing vibration of main gear-box.
