高效液相色谱法分离分析工业乳油中辛硫磷含量的研究

摘    要:研究了反相高效液相色谱技术分离工业乳油中辛硫磷的条件。提出了用C18作固定相,用乙醇-1%(52:48)作流动相,在280nm下分离检测辛硫磷的测定方法,建立了一个适宜于工厂质量控制的分析方法。辛硫磷的检测限为50ng,并且考察了流动相组成、流速、进样体积等对分离辛硫磷乳油色谱分辩卑峰形的影响。本法用于产品分析的结果令人满意。

Abstract:A methodto separate and analyse phoxim of industrial oil was developed by HPLC. The influence of the compositionof mobile phase, the effluent velocity and the injection volumeon the resolution was investigated and the optimal conditions have been known. The absolute detection limit of phoximis 50 ng. The linear range of phoxim is 0.1~1000μg. The valueis satisfactory with reference to theory.
