基于STM32的太阳能热泵-壁挂炉供暖系统设计

摘    要:针对太阳能-壁挂炉供暖系统存在的不足,提出了基于热泵技术的太阳能热泵-壁挂炉供暖系统。利用STM32(意法半导体32位微控制器)丰富的外设功能和数据处理能力,依据控制对象的特点,结合相关算法,实现了太阳能热泵供暖与壁挂炉供暖的联合控制。STM32对温度、光照强度等数据进行处理,以此为依据来实现对电子膨胀阀流量和压缩机容量控制,保证对系统的实时控制。

Abstract:For the disadvantage of solar-gas boiler heating system, a new design with solar heat pump - gas boiler heating system based on heat pump technology is presented. By using the rich peripherals and data processing capabilities of STM32, and the characteristics of the controlled object ,related algorithmsare merged to realize the combined control of solar heat pump and gas boiler. STM32 is used to process data as temperature ,light intensity and so on,so that the flow rate of electronic valve and compressor capacity can be regulated to ensure the real-time online control of the system .The reserved UART communication interface in gas boiler master control board is used to ensure the STM32 communication with gas boiler and achieve the jointed control.
