给水泵汽轮机备用交、直流润滑油泵上油缓慢的分析与优化

作者单位:在 1 000 MW 超超临界机组配备的给水泵汽轮机润滑油系统正常运行过程中,针对备用交、直流润滑油泵上油缓慢,无法满足备用功能的问题,对可能引起上油缓慢的润滑油泵吸不上油、轴承室呼吸器堵塞、测量元件故障以及润滑油泵转轴工作时串动等原因进行了分析与探讨,为准确判断润滑油泵上油缓慢提供依据。并结合过程现象和现场系统、设备的安装、解体情况,进行了进一步地原因分析与研究,找到了影响备用交、直流润滑油泵上油缓慢的关键因素,提出并实施了在系统回油母管上增加排气管路和阀门,在交、直流润滑油泵的泵壳上增加排气孔和调整油泵转轴工作串动量的优化方案,成功解决了给水泵汽轮机润滑油泵上油缓慢的问题,供大家参考。

Affiliation:To solve the problem of 1 000 MW ultra super-critical unit boiler feed pump turbine emergency AC/DC lubricating oil pumps apply oil slowly and cannot reach alternate function in the process of normal operation. We analyzed and deeply discussed all related factors,e.g.,lubricating oil pumps incapable of sucking oil,the blocked bearing chamber respirator,measuring element failure,the string of lubricating oil pump shaft moving,etc.,and provided the basis for accurately determining the reasons why the AC/DC lubricating oil pumps apply oil slowly. By examining the process phenomena and the actual installed system and equipment,further analysis and investigation were performed and the key factors causing the emergency AC/DC lubricating oil pumps to apply oil slowly were determined. Then we put forward and carried out the optimization scheme that adds an exhaust line and a valve in oil return pipe,and an orifice in every lubricating oil pump shell,and adjusts the movement of every lubricating oil pump. In the end,the problem of slow oil supply from Emergency AC/DC Lubricating Oil Pumps was solved.
