基于克里金模型优选的压气机特性重构研究

Affiliation:In the application of Kriging method on the compressor performance map re-engineering,effectively avoiding the subjectivity in model selection stage and improving the fitting and generalization precisions is of importance.In this paper,with the rotating speed and efficiency of a compressor as random variables and the full consideration of the spatial correlation of known sample data,the fitting capability and generalization ability of four typical Kriging models in re-engineering the compressor maps were compared and analyzed with cross validation method under various sample sizes,and the model optimization was achieved.The application results of this optimized Kriging model showed it meets the engineering requirement,and further confirmed the feasibility of using the co-estimation based on the rotating speed and efficiency of compressor to improve the re-engineering accuracy of compressor performance map under a small sample size.
