| 摘 要： | 明确指出了并行工程冲突管理的概念、内涵，提出了并建立了并行工程冲突管理研究的体系框架。在该框架下结合并行工程理论与实践的需要，明确了冲突管理的研究方向；分析并确定了冲突管理要素的性质、结构，为冲突管理的实施提供了理由和依据；最后结合我们所做的研究工作提出分析了冲突管理的关键支持技术，为冲突管理的有效实施提供了技术方法支持。

| Abstract: | It is an important requirement of Concurrent Engineering(CE) to manage conflicts effectively and comprehensively. CE conflict management is not only a simple resolution for conflicts, but also a kind of comprehensive coordination and management for CE product development process. Beginning by analyzing the characteristics of CE system and the origins of conflicts in CE, the concept of conflict management and the framework of research on conflict management in CE are proposed. The theory, key techniques and support tools of conflict management are analyzed. |
