基于XML数据共享的纺织服装供应链快速响应系统

 应用XML技术研究纺织服装供应链信息集成,给出基于XML的快速响应系统设计框架,在研究XML数据共享技术、数据连接以及XML与数据库双向映射规则的基础上,探讨纺织服装供应链快速响应系统的XML模型。该模型通过XML的跨平台信息集成性能,改善供应链跨平台的交互通信机制,将供应链上下游的面料供应,服装设计、生产、销售等数据相连,使得面料供应商、服装生产商和零售商能够实时共享供应链上的数据信息,从而减少订单的响应时间,快速响应变化的市场需求。

Quick response system for textile & apparel supply chain based on XML data sharing

XML is a state-of-the art technology which is utilized for integrating the information along the textile and apparel supply chain.This paper presents an XML—based quick response(QR) framework for textile and apparel supply chain.XML data sharing,data linking and the bidirectional mapping rule of XML and database are studied and XML model of quick respond system for the textile and apparel supply chain is investigated.By means of XML trans-platform information integration ability,the model improves the trans-platform mutual communication mechanism and links all the data concerning clothing fabric supply and garment design in the upstream and garment manufacturing and selling in the downstream so that the clothing fabric supplier,garment manufacturer and garment retailer can commonly share the real-time data information on the supply chain,thus shortening the lead-time and make a quick respond to the changing market.
