| 摘 要： | 选用立体传质塔板取代原乙酸甲酯萃取精馏塔的泡罩塔板进行技术改造，改造后扩产44％，节能约20％，塔压降减小43％，提高了产品质量，降低了原料消耗，技改的设备投资20万元，年增经济效益58．8万元，投资回收期为4个月。

| Abstract: | The bubble tower plates which were used in the extract distillation of methanol methyl were replaced by stereo mass transfer column plates.The product capacity was thus increased by 44%,the energy consumption decreased by 20% and the column pressure drop decreased by 43%.The equipment investment was about RMB 0.2 million and the increased production was about 588 thousand yuan.The return period of the investment is about four months. |
