水分散体系中St/TFPA的原子转移自由基无规共聚合的研究

摘    要:以CuBr/CuBr2/phen为催化剂,EBiB为引发剂,在水分散体系中进行了St与TFPA的ATRP共聚合。对三种乳化体系(SLS,SLS/OBS,SLS/SPFS)进行了考察,实验发现,在反应过程中这三种乳化体系都无明显的破乳现象。聚合物的结构用^1H-NMR进行了表征。所得聚合物的Mn和MW/Mn用GPC进行了测定,以四氢呋喃为淋洗液。用MICROTRAC UPA150粒径仪分析了所得聚合物乳液的粒径和粒子分布。

Abstract:Atom transfer radical copolymerization of St with TFPA in water dispersion system was conducted with CuBr/CuBr 2/phen as catalyst, EBiB as initiator, respectively. Three kinds of surfactants, SLS, SLS/OBS, SLS/SPFS, were investigated. There were no obvious coagulations of the obtained latex at least during the course of the copolymerization for these three kinds of surfactants and good control over the copolymerization was achieved. The structure of the obtained copolymer was analyzed by 1H-NMR spectra.M n and M w/M n for these copolymers were determined by GPC using THF as eluant. Particle size and particle size distribution of the resulting copolymer latex were measured by MICROTRAC UPA150 instrument.
