内壁激冷气缸套的组织研究

摘    要:离心铸造气缸套采用内壁激冷新方法,可细化气缸套的内层组织:使硬质相的网孔直径从3级提高到1~2级,石墨片长度从4级提高到6级。实践证明,这种方法不会出现中间夹杂层现象。

Abstract:The internal microstructure of centrifuge casting cylinder sleeve has been improved by using the new internal chilling method. It is revealed that inner structure is fined, mesh diameters of hard phases are heightened from grade 3 to grade 1 or 2, and the length of flake graphite is also heightened from grade 4 to grade 6. In addition, central inclusion layer can be eliminated by using this method.
