Al2O3(p)/Al—Mg复合材料界面微结构研究

摘    要:利用分析透射电镜研究了液态搅拌法制备的Al2O3(p)/Al-Mg复合材料界面微结构。结果表明,界面反应产物与基体Mg含量有关,反应产物与Al2O3(p)之间存在一定取向关系,界面附近基体中存在大量位错。

Abstract:By means of analytical transmission electronic microscope, this paper studied the interfacial microstructure of liquid stirred cast Al 2O 3(p)/Al Mg composites. The results showed that interface reaction products had a connection with the magnesium content of matrix. There was an orientation relationship between reaction product and Al 2O 3(p) particulate reinforcement, and there existed a large number of dislocations in the matrix near the interface.
