高炉整体推移技术在新钢7号高炉大修中的应用

摘    要:新钢公司7号高炉在复杂的作业环境条件下从600m^3扩容改造为1200m^3,并成功地应用了高炉整体推移技术,工期比正常情况下的缩短50天,企业增效6 000多万元.为相同条件下的高炉大修找到了一条解决生产与大修工期相矛盾的新途径、新工艺.

Abstract:Through the application of BF. monolithic push technology the volume of No. 7 BF. has been transformed from 600 m^3 to 1 200 m^3 under the complex working condition at Xinsteel. They have been achieved good economic benefit, for example, working deadline is finished fifty days ahead of time, profits and tax are increased upon 60 million yuan. Meanwhile, new ways and technology blast furnace are discovered under the same condition.
