| 摘 要： | 基于PXI平台设计了某产品嵌入式计算机自动测试系统，该系统采用虚拟仪器技术，软件基于LabVIEW8．0开发设计。该系统可模拟生成测试所需的多种激励信号及传感器信号，可在不需要载机参与的情况下实现某产品嵌入式计算机系统的自动测试、检验和分析，大大提高了产品检测的效率和可靠性。

| Abstract: | This paper deals with the design of an automated test system（ ATS）based on the PXI bus and LabVIEW for a computer system embedded in a certain product. The ATS makes use of the virtual instrument technology and its software is developed on the basis of LabVIEW 8.0. The system can simulate various excitation signals and sensor signals for testing. The ATS can test,inspect and analyze the embedded computer system in a certain product automatically, thus improving the efficiency and reliability greatly for product test and inspection. |
