整拖钻机底座结构分析

摘    要:本文用有限元法分析了钻机整体拖运时的钻机底座-地基系统,应用弹性地基梁及土力学基本原理,建立了钻机底座在匀速前进状态下的空间刚架计算模型,并讨论了在不同工况和载荷下的处理方法。应用上述方法,按照大庆地区的土壤条件进行实例计算,得出该条件下整拖时的摩擦系数和摩阻系数。本文还对整拖钻机底座的设计与使用提出了一些建议。


Investigation on Rig Substructures for Integral Trailing
Abstract:This paper presents an investigation on the substructure-foundation-soil system during the integral trailing of a drilling rig by means of finite element method and establishes an idealized model of space truss for substructures in uniform motion based on the characteristics of beam on elastic foundation and principles of soil mechanics. Processes under different loading and operating conditions are discussed. And the coefficient of friction and friction drag while trailing on the soil conditions in Daqing Oil Field are derived. Additionally, the author puts forward some proposals for design and use of substructures for integral trailing.
