绿色水基润滑添加剂的研究

摘    要:从水溶性和吸附性方面考虑,设计并合成了一种绿色水基润滑添加剂(OT),参照GB6144—85测试了其与钼酸钠复配后的防锈性能,通过四球试验机考察了不同添加量的添加剂在水中的摩擦学性能,并初探了该添加剂的极压抗磨作用机理。试验结果表明:添加量为1%~3%(质量分数)的OT润滑剂具有更优良的抗磨减摩性能,承载能力也相当高,推测其润滑作用机理为油酸分子作为载体与高反应活性的氮及强极性基团聚氧乙撑链的协同作用在摩擦金属表面形成了高强度的吸附膜和(或)摩擦化学反应膜。

Abstract:A green water-based lubrication additive named OT was synthesized while the oleic acid molecule was used as the carrier to import polyethoxylated chains and nitrogen.According to GB 6144-85,the antirust character of OT blending with sodium molybdate was tested.The tribological performances of different percent additive in water were measured by a four-ball tribotester,and the extreme pressure and anti-wear mechanism was discussed.Experiments show the water fluid of 1% to 3% OT has excellent anti-wear and load-carrying performance,and its friction coefficient is decreased.Its lubrication mechanism may be the cooperation function of oleic acid as the carrier,nitrogen bearing high reaction activity,and polyethoxylated chains possessing strong polarity to form a thick and tight adsorption and (or) frictional chemical reaction film.
