余热锅炉氧腐蚀原因分析及处理办法

摘    要:某余热电站建成投运1年就发生窑尾SP余热锅炉低压段省煤器腐蚀漏水现象,结合腐蚀管样的分析报告和现场调研,判断是氧腐蚀所致;分析了氧腐蚀的产生原因和腐蚀机理.在此基础上,提出了解决和预防氧腐蚀的措施.

Abstract:Corrosion and waler leakage problems oceured in economizer in low pressure stage of the kiln end SP waste heat boiler of a waste heal power generation plant which was buih and put into operation one year ago. Combined with analysis report of corrosion tube samples and fiehl inw, stigation, judgment was made that the eorrosion was caused by oxygen. The causes and mechanism of oxygen cor- rosion were analysed, and by that basis,treatment and preventive measures were put forward.
