摘    要:面对国内外陶瓷企业与电子商务的迅猛发展,景德镇中小陶瓷企业步入了决策调整期.该如何利用千年招牌、开展营销,实现线上线下、传统与现代营销的整合,已成为发展的关键.通过分析、探讨景德镇中小陶瓷企业开展电子商务的现状,提出如何充分利用客户的需求及来源于真实、创造的攻心营销,实现攻心营销在中小陶瓷企业中的运用.

Abstract:Faced with the vigorous development of ceramic enterprises both home and abroad and the rapid development of e-commerce, Jingdezhen's small and medium-sized ceramic enterprises are compelled to change their policies. How to make use of their one thousand-year reputation, how to carry out their sales and how to achieve the integration of online and offline, traditional and modem marketing channels have become the key issues to be settled in their development. Through an analysis of the current e--commerce of Jingdezhen's small and medium-sized ceramic enterprises, this paper proposes some strategies for them to appeal to customers" psychological needs to achieve emotional marketing of their products.
