摘    要:研究设计了一种基于单片机与GPRS网络的水文信息远程监测管理系统,利用GPRS网络的短消息业务来完成水位、温度等参数的无线、远程和实时传输,实现测量结果的计算机管理,测量精度高。经过实际使用证明,系统具有较高的稳定性与实用性,从而为科学开发和合理利用地下水资源、有效地预防地面沉降及地裂缝的发展和政府决策提供了科学依据。

Abstract:A remote monitoring and management system for hydrographic information was designed in this study, which is based on SCM and GPRS network. The wireless remote and real-time transmission of the ghydrographie information, temperature and water level parameters are completed by the short message service of GPRS networks. It can realize the high-accuracy mea- surement and computer management of the measured results. The practical application shows that the system has high stability and applicability, can provide a scientific basis for the scientific development and rational use of groundwater resources, effec- tive prevention of the land subsidence and ground fissures, and government decision-making.
