塔深1井超深井段取心工艺

摘    要:塔深1井是亚洲最深的科学探索井,该井侧钻饶障后造成的井眼轨迹易使取心工具产生横向震动,对岩心起破坏作用;取心井段为古潜山风化岩溶型储层,储集空间为后生和表生作用形成的次生孔、洞、缝系统,硬、脆、致密,加上应力释放的作用和在钻具旋转及钻井液浆流动冲击多重作用下岩心柱上薄弱部位易剥离,剥离形成的小岩心块易在内筒与岩心柱之间形成卡心,导致磨心,降低岩心收获率。经过采取措施后有效提高了取心收获率,为超深井取心积累了经验。

Abstract:The well track of Tasheng well 1 after sidetracking causes the coring tools transverse vibration, thereby destroy the coring yld. At the same time, the lithology of coring section belongs to weathering karst stratum. Dryness, compact is the characters. The stress relief during the coring tools rotarying would make the core desquamate, so as to the erosive core forms stick core easily between inner barrel and core mast, and results in core wear and reduces the core yld. Through using the subchannel technique, the core yld was increased effectively.
