| 摘 要： | 以群利小流域为例，根据水土保持生态建设与管护经验提出：水保治理重在管护，特别是对造林的管护。事实证明，对水保林管护好的，则林木保存完好，对水保林管护不当的，必将出现“年年造林不见林”的现象。
