| 摘 要： | 我国高等教育大众化的进程，已经超越了国际上其它国家在相同时期、相同阶段的发展速度，在一定意义上创造了高等教育大众化的发展奇迹。然而，我国高等教育大众化在取得巨大发展成就的同时，经费投入、办学理念、教学质量等方面还跟不上大众化的快速进程。在这个进程中出现了一些影响教育大众化发展的问题和困难，通过对这些问题进行理性的分析和正确的处理，提出一些应对策略。

| Abstract: | In a sense China's development of mass higher education creates a world miracle,which surpasses other countries in the world in the same period.However,at the same time some questions and difficulties are revealed.The paper discusses the main problem of China's higher education popularization from ways of higher education popularization,educational quality,educational philosophy,insufficient educational appropriations,and put forwards countermeasures. |
