摘    要:介绍了河南电网雷电定位系统中正在开发的输电线路雷击跳闸自动分析系统。该系统通过GSM MODEM接收电力调度的跳闸短信息及其他人员的查询短信,经过解码分析,自动提取跳闸线路名称及跳闸时间等信息,在雷电定位系统线路杆塔报警数据库中,自动查询是否为雷击,并以短信息方式向相关人员反馈查询结果。讨论并分析了从河南雷电定位系统运行5年数据中得出的雷电报警判断依据,认为:雷击事故定位中,在线路跳闸前后5 min的时间跨度内,雷电位置距线路距离在600m以内的雷电报警准确率最高;最大报警时间范围为15min,有效报警最大距离为1000m。线路经验运行表明,雷电报警判据是可行的。

Abstract:The automatic analyzing system of lightning tripping,being developed for lightning strike location system of Henan Power Grid is presented.The system,on receipt of enquiry about line tripping from power dispatching or other personnel through GSM MODEM,compiles information on name of transmission line and time of tripping through decoding,automatically search for tripping from tower alarm database of lightning location system,and feeds back the enquiring result through short message to relevant personnel.The judgement criteria for lightning alarm were discussed and analyzed based on data from Henan lightning location system for 5 years.It is considered that most precise lightning alarm could be get when lightning strike occurred in 600 m from transmission line in time span of 5 min before and after line tripping,most alarm duration was 15 min and most effective alarm distance was 1 000 m.Line operation proves the feasibility of lightning alarm.
