基于labVIEW的喷墨压力采集系统设计

喷墨打印过程中喷墨压力的稳定至关重要,它决定了喷墨打印的质量。为了保证喷墨稳定,需要采集墨路压力以寻求最合适的压力范围,针对这种实际需求设计了喷墨压力采集系统。系统以压力传感器,数据采集卡和计算机为硬件,以LabVIEW软件作为开发平台,构建了压力数据采集系统。该系统可完成墨路压力信号的实时采集和数据的处理与保存,从而为墨路压力的调节提供了依据,进而保证打印质量与打印精度。

Design of Ink-jet Pressure Gathering System Based on LabVIEW

The stability of ink jetting pressure during inkjet printing is very important, which determines the quality of inkjet printing.In order to ensure the stability of ink jet, ink pressure needs to be collected in order to find the most suitable pressure range.In this paper, an ink-jet pressure acquisition system is designed.The pressure data acquisition system is constructed with pressure sensor, data acquisition card and computer as hardware, and LabVIEW as the development platform.The system can complete the real-time collection of the ink pressure signal and the data processing and storage, so as to provide the basis for the adjustment of the ink pressure, thus improving the print quality and print accuracy.
