某赤铁矿选矿工艺试验研究

摘    要:介绍了某赤铁矿石的主要化学成分及主要矿物和它们的嵌布特征,从能抛早抛、粗细分选理念出发,对矿石进行了弱磁、强磁、摇床重选等联合流程的试验研究,对全铁品位35.50%的原矿,获得了全铁品位57.74%、铁回收率75.98%的精矿。

Abstract:The main chemical constituents and dissemination characteristics of main mineral of a hematite were introduced, based on the idea of early throwing,coarse and fine separation, experimental study of combined process flow of low intensity magnetic separation,high intensity magnetic separation,table concentration and so on were done on raw ore which the total iron grade is 35.50%, concentrate with total iron grade 57.74% and recovery rate 75.98% are obtained.
