垂直上向孔粒状炸药气动装填工艺机理研究

摘    要:针对目前矿山井下垂直上向炮孔装填存在的不足之处,如矿山装药时装药不连续,装药效率低,炸药返粉率较高,炸药输送速度低等方面,对垂直上向孔粒状炸药气动装填工艺机理进行了研究,推导出炸药颗粒的运动方程和垂直上向粒状炸药输送过程中压降计算公式。根据理论分析,并进行现场工业试验,验证了理论研究的结论。

Abstract:At present, there are many deficiencies of upward blasting holes charging in underground mines, such as, discontinuous charging, low efficiency, the high rate of explosive blown out from hole, low speed in transmission. To solve the above problems, the theory of upward blasting holes pneumatic charging with granular explosive is firstly studied. The air and explosive particles velocity in different locations by pneumatic transportation in the vertical pipe are analyzed. In addition, the pressure drop of explosive particles pneumatic transportation in the vertical pipe is put forward. According to the theoretic analysis, the field industry test was conducted, and the result of field test is similar to the result of the theoretic analysis.
