二氧化钛溶胶的含量对耐磨涂层性能的影响

摘    要:以有机硅氧烷为先驱体,采用溶胶-凝胶法结合流平法在PMMA表面制备有机/无机耐磨涂层,研究了二氧化钛溶胶的含量对耐磨涂层硬度、耐划伤性及耐磨性的影响,利用ND J-1旋转黏度计、WGFS透光率/雾度测定仪、Taber 5151耐磨仪等分析表征涂层的性能。结果表明:加入二氧化钛溶胶后,钛原子取代了部分硅原子的位置,从而使形成的含有S i—O—Ti的有机无机三维立体网络结构,比只含S i—O—S i的有机无机三维立体网络结构的耐磨涂层性能更为优异。

Abstract:Abrasion-resistant coating was prepared on PMMA by sol-gel process with silicone precursor.The influence of the titanium dioxide sol content on the hardness and antiscratch and abrasion resistance were investigated,of which the properties were tested with the help of NDJ-1 rotary viscometer,WGFS transparence/hazemeter and Taber 5151 abraser.The results showed that by adding titanium dioxide sol,the Ti atoms replace the position of some silicon atoms,so that forming Si—O—Ti organic-inorganic three dimensional network structure,which provided the abrasion resistant coatings better performance than that with Si—O—Si organic-inorganic three dimensional network structure.
