| 摘 要： | 介绍了天铁炼铁生产管理系统开发的情况,该系统采用ERP、MeS、PcS三层之间的数据集成,实现了炼铁生产物料跟踪,生产计划和配料管理及动态调整。提高了炼铁生产效率和铁水质量,降低了原、燃料消耗,达到炼铁生产管控一体化与生产过程优化。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the development of production management system of Tiantie Iron-making Subsidiary, which achieved material tracking, production planning, blending management and dynamic adjustment with the data integration of ERP, MeS and PcS layers. Both production efficiency and hot metal quality were improved, and raw material and fuel consumption was reduced. Management and control integration and production process optimization of Iron-making Subsidiary were achieved. |
